J K Rentals offers owner financing through our lease purchase program. The way our lease purchase program works is you sign a 5 year lease, on the lease is the purchase price, for every year you live in the home and pay your lease on time you will receive a $1000 discount off the purchase price stated on the lease. Any time during your five year lease you may obtain outside financing and buy the home. At the expiration of your five year lease, we will finance the home for twenty-five years at 2% above the current interest rate. It basically works like a thirty year mortgage.
